The Service is offered on a subscription basis: $297/month (USD), with a 7-day free trial.

There is no contract required; you may cancel anytime.

When you start the free trial, you will have access to the full Service for 7 days at no charge.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid monthly subscription at $297.

Subscription fees will be billed monthly in advance.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is made.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No refunds will be given for partial months after the paid subscription has started

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

All content, tools, software, and materials provided by us are our intellectual property or properly licensed.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee any specific results (e.g., revenue, rankings, sales increase).

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may lose access to data or features; we are not obligated to retain your data beyond required retention periods.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is registered (or insert your state/country).

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
